Bookings:- Swanley House CL operates an Advanced booking policy which requires payment of the £25 advanced booking deposit prior to formal confirmation of booking.

Your booking will only be confirmed once payment is received including the full details of the booking party, name / address and contact details with membership details. Bookings may be forfeited if not received promptly. (please note we only hold provisional bookings for 24Hrs, thereafter others may book your pitch)

The final balance of any booking payment needs to be made at least 10 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation:- Booking deposits will not be refunded if your visit is within 14 days of arrival date.  Deferred bookings and deposits are subject to the site owners consent, but these will then be treated as totally non refundable.

Cancellations of bookings in total or part thereof   14 days or less prior to arrival date will not be refunded.

Payments can be made either by cheque    (payee Mr J F Hulme) or by Bank transfer.
